A young student studies in a small village in Nepal close to the Tibetan border. Wracked by civil war, education was hard hit in Nepal's rural areas. Maoists targeted government paid teachers, and children were take out of school to be re-educated. The current peace offers a new chance for schoolchildren around the country.
