Trevor Snapp is a self-taught photographer with extensive audio production experience and a talent for creating compelling multimedia narratives. His photographs strive to be simple documents that explain and explore simultaneously. Wary of the sensationalizing power of photography, he believes that the beauty and perceived objectivity of photographs can be used to foster interest and empathy with the subject, rather than simple voyeurism. He is primarily interested in working for organizations that seek positive change, and social justice. Most recently he has worked with the Community Service Society in New York, the Pratham literacy organization in Mumbai, and Meds and Food for Kids in Haiti.
